You need to register with us before we can recycle your used toner cartridges. We can only accept original brand cartridges (NOT compatibles) and our PrintEco brand cartridges. Not all cartridges can be recycled.
As of 1st November 2011 we can no longer collect Xerox cartridges for recycling. To recycle Xerox consumables please visit:
http://www.xerox.com/about-xerox/recycling/enus.html
All our recycling services raise funds for our partner charities.
You can register online here or by calling us on 0845 3100200
Our online signup allows you to check that your cartridges are recyclable by us. Just add the cartridges you use to the "Recycling Cart" and checkout with your details to sign up for the service. Couldn't be easier! It will also tell you how many "recycling points" each cartridge is worth so you can work out how many cartridges you need to save for collection - the minimum overall points value for any collection must be at least 20 points. If there are some cartridges you use that are not listed you will receive details of other services to dispose of these once you have signed up for the cartridges we can accept. Sign up now.
You can also use the signup site as a more comprehensive online Cartridge Guide to check your cartridges and relative recycling points values even if you already use our services. New cartridges are added to the site as they are made available if we can recycle them so its worth checking if you get a new printer and want to know if the toners are recyclable. You can check without signing up.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH US PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SIGNUP AS A COLLECTION FORM - you can check your cartridge values on the signup site but do not signup - use the collection form on this site to book your collection.
Once registered you will be able to call us or use the online collection form to book collections of your used toners once you have accrued more than 20 points They will be picked up by a national courier on our behalf or one of our local drivers (Bristol / Bath area only).
You can not use our FREEPOST bags for sending toner cartridges to us, or use the FREEPOST address on a parcel or package. The FREEPOST bags are only for the return of small inkjet cartridges, mobile phones and PDAs, digital cameras, mp3 players and GPS/Sat Nav devices.
We provide bags to customers for collecting toner cartridges. We ask that you place used cartridges in the boxes that your new cartridges came in so as to protect them before placing them in the bag. If you remove internal packaging you may be able to get 2 cartridges in each box.
We can also supply large collection boxes to provide a visual focus for your collection. The collection telephone number is clearly displayed on the boxes.
These measure 580mm x 460mm x 400mm
If using boxes, place one of our bags inside and remove the bag when full and seal it with tape to keep the contents inside. You can then place a new bag in the box to continue collecting your cartridges.
